We used the Anker SOLIX F3800 as a home backup power source, and its output impresses straight away: oven, kettle and power tools all run without a hiccup, the 6000W handles everything. Mains charging is a real strength, at full power it tops up in just over an hour, handy ahead of a storm warning. The wheels and telescopic handle help a lot given its 60kg weight, though once it's set up you rarely move it again. The BP3800 expansion changes the equation: you start at 3840Wh and can scale up considerably depending on budget, a genuine step by step investment. Two honest drawbacks: the price climbs fast with each expansion battery, and a proper automatic switchover on the household panel needs a separate transfer kit. For a large, expandable home energy reserve, it remains a solid choice.
