Detailed overview: Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 power station 3072Wh
The Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 is the brand's high-capacity portable power station, designed for home backup power and for long stays in an RV or off-grid. With its 3072Wh LiFePO4 battery and an output of 3600W continuous (7200W peak), it powers almost every household appliance without compromise: fridge, induction hobs, kettle, coffee machine, power tools, even a pump or a small air conditioner.
Despite its capacity, it stays movable for its class: 27 kg, with built-in wheels and a telescopic handle that make transport far easier. It offers plenty of outputs to run everything at once: 3 AC outlets, 2 USB-C ports up to 100W, 2 USB-A ports and a 12V car socket.
Two strengths set it apart. First, charging: it goes from 0 to 100% in about 1h48 from a wall socket, 1h42 in hybrid mains + solar charging, and accepts up to 1400W of solar input. Second, the backup (UPS) feature: during an outage, the inverter switches over in 0.02 seconds, fast enough to keep a computer, an internet router or a medical device running without a perceptible interruption.
Its LiFePO4 battery is rated for 4000 cycles at 70% capacity, a guarantee of several years of life, and noise stays controlled at 30 dB while charging. Everything is managed via the Jackery app (runtime tracking, charging modes, solar priority). In short, the Explorer 3000 v2 is a complete high-capacity solution, fast to recharge and reassuring as backup, for anyone who needs genuine electrical autonomy.
Comparison
How does the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 stack up against rival high-capacity stations?
| Model | Capacity | Power | Weight | Expandable |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 | 3072Wh | 3600W | 27 kg | No |
| EcoFlow Delta Pro | 3600Wh | 3600W | 45 kg | Yes |
| Bluetti AC200L | 2048Wh | 2400W | 28 kg | Yes (8192Wh) |
At comparable capacity, the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 stands out for its contained weight (27 kg versus 45 kg for the EcoFlow Delta Pro) and its fast 1h48 recharge. It is not expandable, unlike the Delta Pro and the Bluetti AC200L, but delivers a full 3 kWh out of the box in a far more portable body.

Our tester's review: Christophe Delpuech
The Explorer 3000 v2 plays in the big-station league, yet it stays surprisingly manageable for 3 kWh: the wheels and telescopic handle spare your back, which is not a given at this capacity. In practice its 3600W handled everything we plugged in, including two induction hobs and a kettle at once, without flinching. Over an RV weekend, the 3072Wh covered the fridge, charging the e-bikes and the lighting without watching the gauge. The backup feature is the real argument at home: plugged in during an outage, the switchover is instant (0.02 s), fast enough not to reboot a computer or a router. Recharging is impressive, under two hours from a regular socket. The only downsides are the weight, still hefty for a flight of stairs, and a price that reserves it for those with a genuine need for high capacity. A solid choice for serious autonomy.
