Detailed overview: Fossibot F2400 portable power station 2048Wh

The Fossibot F2400 is a portable power station that made a name for itself by undercutting the 2 kWh category without sacrificing essential features. It is built around a 2048Wh LiFePO4 battery and a pure sine wave inverter of 2400W continuous (4800W peak), enough to run the vast majority of household appliances: fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, worksite tools, TV.

Its main argument is power-to-price: it offers specs worthy of the market benchmarks at a noticeably lower price. It includes a UPS backup function that switches to battery in under 20 ms during an outage, fast enough to protect a computer, a router or a sensitive device. Charging is fast: up to 1100W AC input allows a full charge in about 1.5 hours, and it also accepts solar and car charging.

On connectivity, it is very complete with 13 ports: 3 AC outlets, a 100W USB-C port (ideal for a laptop), several USB-A ports, a 12V car socket and DC outputs. It is managed remotely via the Fossibot app over Bluetooth and WiFi (runtime tracking, port management, charge scheduling). Its LiFePO4 battery is rated for 3500 cycles, a lifespan that can exceed 10 years.

Its limits are mainly about brand awareness: Fossibot is less established than Jackery, EcoFlow or Bluetti, which can mean a less extensive after-sales network and accessory range. Technically, though, the F2400 has nothing to be ashamed of and is one of the best deals on the market for anyone looking for a powerful, complete and affordable 2 kWh station.

Comparison

How does the Fossibot F2400 compare with benchmark 2 kWh stations?

ModelCapacityPowerUPSIndicative price
Fossibot F24002048Wh2400WYes (<20 ms)About 649€
EcoFlow Delta 2 Max2048Wh2400WYesAbout 1099€
Bluetti AC200L2048Wh2400WYesAbout 1499€

At near-identical specs (2048Wh, 2400W, UPS), the Fossibot F2400 stands out for a price far below the EcoFlow Delta 2 Max and the Bluetti AC200L. The trade-off is a lesser-known brand, with less developed support and accessories. On a tight budget, it is the most rational option.

The Fossibot F2400 is the value surprise in the 2 kWh category. On paper and in use, it rivals far more expensive stations: its 2400W ran a fridge, a kettle and tools without flinching, and its 2048Wh cover solid autonomy. We especially liked the UPS function, which switches over in under 20 ms during an outage, fast enough not to reboot a computer, along with the express recharge in an hour and a half. Connectivity is generous with 13 ports, including a real 100W USB-C, and the app lets you manage everything remotely. The downsides are typical of a lesser-known brand: after-sales support and accessory availability are less developed than with the leaders, and the green look will not please everyone. But for the budget, it is one of the best deals around.

Frequently asked questions: Fossibot F2400 portable power station 2048Wh

With 2400W continuous and 2048Wh, it powers a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, tools or a TV. It can run several appliances at once and serves as backup power.

Yes. During an outage, it switches to battery in under 20 ms, fast enough not to interrupt a computer, an internet router or a sensitive device. It is a real asset at home.

About 1.5 hours for a full charge from the mains, thanks to an input of up to 1100W. It also accepts solar and car charging for off-grid use.

Its LiFePO4 battery is rated for 3500 cycles and its inverter is pure sine wave, signs of seriousness. The main caveat is the after-sales network and accessory availability, less developed than with the leaders.
