The SolarSaga 200W clearly plays in the premium panel league. Its bifacial technology is not just a marketing claim: placed on a light surface or sand, we saw output climb noticeably thanks to the rear side. In full sun, it charges a large station far faster than a 100W, and its 25% efficiency shows even when the sky hazes over a little. The IP68 rating is reassuring: we left it out under a passing shower without worry. In return, it is a large, heavy panel (6.5 kg), better suited to an RV or a semi-fixed setup than to hiking. It also has no USB outputs, being designed to recharge a station via its DC output. For anyone wanting serious, fast solar charging, it is one of the best portable panels on the market.
