Detailed overview

The Samsung 10,000 mAh wireless battery pack (reference EB-U2510) is a hybrid accessory that brings wireless induction charging and fast wired charging together in a single unit. On top, a Qi charging surface lets you drop a compatible smartphone, a Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Buds straight onto it to charge without a cable, up to 7.5 W. It also works with iPhones and other Qi-certified phones.

On the wired side, it packs two USB-C ports delivering up to 25 W Super Fast Charging (10 W per port when both are in use). As a result, it can charge up to three devices at once, two plugged into USB-C and one resting on the induction area. A 20 cm USB-C cable is included, and the ports also recharge the battery itself.

Its 10,000 mAh recharge most modern smartphones two to three times, enough for a busy day or a weekend. LED indicators show the remaining charge at a glance. At 222 g and a compact 148 x 72 x 16.4 mm, it slips easily into a bag or a jacket pocket.

Samsung also cares about finish and sustainability: the beige colour is understated and elegant, and the accessory uses some recycled plastics. Induction charging is slower than wired, the trade-off of going cable-free, but it is very handy for a quick top-up. For anyone wanting a versatile power bank that charges several devices with and without a cable, the Samsung EB-U2510 is a polished, reliable choice.

Comparison

At around 30 to 75€, the Samsung 10,000 mAh wireless battery pack compares with the most sought-after 10,000 mAh wireless power banks, through searches such as "Samsung EB-U2510 vs Anker MagGo" or "best 10000 mAh wireless power bank". Here is how it sits against three alternatives: the Anker MagGo 10K, the Belkin BoostCharge Magnetic 10K and the Xiaomi 10K wireless.

In short, the Samsung EB-U2510 stands out for its versatility and wired output: it is the only one to charge up to three devices at once and to offer 25 W across two USB-C ports, at a contained price and from a trusted brand. The Anker MagGo and Belkin rely on magnetic charging that holds better on the back of an iPhone, but cost more and cap at two devices, while the Xiaomi stays the cheapest with slightly faster wireless charging. For mixed wireless and wired use, the Samsung is one of the most complete choices in its class.

We took to this Samsung induction battery for its two-in-one nature. Day to day, simply dropping the phone on top to charge it, with no cable to find, is genuinely pleasant, just like charging a Galaxy Watch or earbuds the same way. And when you want speed, the 25 W USB-C ports do the job: you get a good chunk of a phone's battery back in little time. Being able to power three devices at once (two cables plus induction) is a real help when travelling, when everyone needs juice. The LED indicators are clear, you always know how much is left, and the included cable saves carrying one. The beige finish is pretty and a change from the usual black shells. Two honest reservations: induction charging is handy but slow (7.5 W), so for speed you are better off using USB-C, and at 222 g it makes itself felt in a small pocket. But for mixed wireless and wired use, with this capacity and versatility, it is a genuinely well-designed power bank.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Its induction surface is Qi-certified, compatible with iPhone 8 and later as well as compatible Android phones, in addition to Galaxy devices (phones, Watch, Buds).

Up to three: two devices plugged into the USB-C ports and a third resting on the wireless charging area. The wired power is then shared across the two ports (10 W each).

Wired, up to 25 W Super Fast Charging on a single USB-C port (10 W per port if both are used). Wirelessly by induction, up to 7.5 W, slower but handy for a top-up.

With its 10,000 mAh, it recharges most modern smartphones two to three times, depending on their battery capacity and the charging mode used. Enough for a busy day or a weekend.

It is the Samsung EB-U2510 (variant EB-U2510XUEGEU for the beige colour sold in Europe), Samsung's 10,000 mAh 25 W wireless battery pack.
