The Aukey PB-Y63 Spark Sling is a very high-capacity power bank, designed for heavy on-the-go needs. With its 27600mAh (about 99Wh) and an output of up to 140W via Power Delivery 3.1, it sits at the very top of the category: it does not just charge smartphones, it also powers demanding laptops, MacBook Pro included, at full speed.

It has a digital display showing in real time the power delivered and the remaining runtime, a real comfort for managing its use. Its 27600mAh capacity charges a smartphone many times, or gives a full charge back to a laptop. An important detail for travellers: it stays just under the 100Wh threshold, which makes it carry-on allowed by most airlines, where many banks of this capacity are forbidden.

On paper, it is one of the best very-high-capacity power banks, on a par with the Anker 737. But one major point must be flagged: the Aukey brand was banned from the Amazon platform in 2021, in the same purge as RAVPower, for fraudulent customer-review practices. Since then, Aukey is sold only via its own European site (eu.aukey.com) and has disappeared from French marketplaces.

In practice, the product remains buyable directly from Aukey, but its availability and after-sales support are less obvious than with major brands still present in mainstream retail. For a very high-capacity power bank meant to charge a laptop, it is therefore advisable to compare it with alternatives like the Anker 737 (24000mAh, 140W) before choosing.
