The Baseus FC11 belongs to the EnerFill range, the brand's line of built-in cable power banks. Its defining feature comes down to a number: it carries not one but two USB-C cables, tucked into the edge of the case. Each pulls free one-handed and forms a small strap when stowed. In practice, the forgotten cable problem disappears, and two devices can be served without taking anything out of the bag.

Those cables deliver up to 45 W over USB Power Delivery, with PPS and Quick Charge support. That sits well above the 18 to 22.5 W of entry-level models: a recent phone regains well over half its charge in thirty minutes, and the power is enough to run a tablet, a handheld console or an action camera at full speed.

Alongside the two cables sit a spare USB-C port and a USB-A port, for four devices powered at once. Total output is then shared between the active ports: the full 45 W goes to a single device, and charging naturally slows as you plug in more. That trade-off applies to every multi-output power bank, and it remains perfectly comfortable for a phone, earbuds, a watch and an e-reader at the end of the day.

Baseus states a real-world output of 5,500 to 6,500 mAh depending on the device, which matches the usual conversion losses of a lithium-ion cell: expect around two phone charges, not the three the headline figure might suggest. That kind of transparency from a manufacturer is rare enough to be worth noting. At 37 Wh, the pack stays well below the 100 Wh cabin limit set by airlines.

It recharges itself at 30 W, a high figure for this class, so it does not need a whole night on the charger. It also supports pass-through charging, handy in the evening when only one socket is free, and shows the exact remaining percentage on an LED display rather than the usual four dots. At 203 g, it stays a pocket object, wider than it is thick.
