The Sunslice Fusion Flex 12W is an ultra-light (240g) portable solar panel built for hiking, bikepacking and self-sufficient travel. Its flexible CIGS cells, protected by a scratch-resistant, water-resistant ETFE coating, reach 16.5% efficiency, among the best for a flexible panel this size. Folded, it fits in a pocket at A4 size and weighs barely more than a smartphone. Its two USB-A ports with a charge indicator let you recharge two devices at once, without an intermediate battery.
The Fusion Flex 12W quickly earned its place in my hiking pack. Clipped by its corner loops to the back of the bag, it keeps producing while I walk, and I find a full powerbank waiting in the evening without ever thinking about it during the day. The LED indicator is a smart touch, one glance tells you if the angle is right without pulling out your phone. Its flexibility is genuinely impressive too, folded and unfolded dozens of times, set down on rocks, stuffed into a compression sack, without a single mark. One honest downside, with 12W and no built-in battery, you really need direct sun to notice fast charging, output drops noticeably under a hazy sky. As a genuinely light backup charger for trekking or cycling, it is a safe bet.

We tested the Gravity 20 on a long bikepacking trip with wild camping, exactly the kind of use Sunslice designed this range for. With 20000mAh, it easily covered three days recharging a phone, a GPS bike computer and a headlamp without breaking a sweat, matching other users' reports of at least four full smartphone recharges. The three ports let you top up several devices at once, handy in a group or with family. The one genuine complaint, echoed in several customer reviews, is the weight: at 400g it's noticeable in an already-loaded bag, and the casing showed light micro-scratches after a few weeks of daily carrying. Nothing dramatic, but we'd rather keep it in a dedicated pocket than loose with the keys. For regular outdoor use or family emergency back-up, it's a safe bet, as long as you accept the weight-to-capacity trade-off that comes with any battery this size.

The Gravity 10 came along on a weekend hike where the phone doubles as a GPS and a camera, so the battery drains fast. With 10000mAh, it lasted two full days recharging the phone and a pair of earbuds without ever running dry. The fast charging on the USB-C port really shows: our phone jumped from 15 to 80% during lunch. We also liked being able to charge three devices at once one evening at the hut, each with its own cable. The size stays reasonable (220g) for this capacity, though it's nowhere near as pocketable as the Gravity 5. One small gripe: no screen for an exact percentage, just four LEDs giving a rough estimate, and Sunslice doesn't advertise pass-through charging. A solid capacity-to-weight compromise for multi-day trips away from a socket, with a handy little LED torch thrown in for after dark.

We slipped the Gravity 5 into a jacket pocket for a weekend in the city and genuinely forgot it was there, it's that light: 125 grams, barely more than a small pack of tissues. It gave our phone a near-full charge in one go without ever getting warm. A nice touch: it recharges over either USB-C or Micro-USB, handy when travelling with friends who don't carry the same cable. The real catch is that both USB-A ports share just 10W combined, so don't expect Power Delivery speeds, and there's no pass-through charging while it's topping itself up. For a discreet backup battery to toss in a handbag or a travel pouch, it does exactly what's asked of it, nothing more. Keep it as a top-up companion rather than an emergency fast charger.
