Nintendo Switch OLED battery

This replacement battery for Nintendo Switch OLED (reference HEG-003) is the ideal solution when your console no longer lasts in handheld mode. Over time and charge cycles, the original battery degrades: runtime drops markedly, the Switch may shut down faster or discharge abnormally at rest. Replacing the battery restores the endurance of the early days.

With a 4350 mAh (16095 mWh) capacity, identical to the Switch OLED's factory battery, this new part restores the console's full handheld runtime. It is supplied new, most often with a removal tool kit (tri-wing and Phillips screwdrivers, spudgers), needed to open the console and do the swap yourself following a tutorial, or to entrust it to a repairer.

Be careful not to confuse the Switch OLED battery (HEG-003) with the standard Switch (HAC-003) or Switch Lite one: the models differ. This reference is specific to the OLED model.

Changing the battery rather than the console is an affordable choice, for about twenty euros, and an eco-friendly one, extending the device's life and reducing electronic waste.
