You can be reassured, our site is completely secure. This means that the entire site is protected and encrypted via the https protocol, not just the ordering process and your account. You can check this at any time, by checking for a small padlock near the site address on your browser.

No, sorry, Best batteries is what we call a pure player. This means that we only sell online, and that we do not have a physical shop or showroom. We are thinking about it, but for the moment it is not yet the case, and our premises are not adapted to receive the public.

When you place your order, you can choose to pay via Paypal, with your credit card such as Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, via Amazon Pay, as well as by check. We also accept payment in 3 installments free of charge, and bank transfers. The choice of payment method is made at the last stage of your order.

No, this is not possible, and we recommend that you do not do it on other shops. Indeed, placing an order by communicating your credit card number by telephone is particularly inadvisable, as it is not secure. That's why we don't accept it, it's too dangerous for you.

We are currently in the process of moving our main warehouse... Until the complete restocking, we have decided, rather than temporarily closing our shop, to offer our visitors an alternative. This is why, during this period, we propose to buy from one of our partners, such as Amazon or ManoMano.

In case of loss of your access (login or password), please contact us via our contact form, in order to make your request. A collaborator will contact you within a few hours, to send you a password reset link, and assist you in your recovery process.

The law strictly regulates the withdrawal period for a product. Without having to give any reason, you can return a purchased item within 14 calendar days (minimum legal period according to article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Don't panic, at Best Batteries, you have an additional 14 days to do so.

In each of the newsletters we send, there is a link at the very end of the email to unsubscribe. If you are unable to do so, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can help you. On the unsubscribe interface, you will be able to choose the reason for your unsubscribe request, which will help us to improve our service.

Delivery & shipping

All orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day (except on weekends and public holidays). Then, the time it will take for your package to arrive at your home will depend on the shipping method you have chosen when finalizing your order. You will always have the choice between express delivery and economical delivery.

Depending on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased, and the delivery method selected when ordering, the price will be calculated automatically. The price will always be calculated as cheaply as possible, in fact, we do not make any profit on shipping costs. The price is therefore imposed by each carrier (UPS, TNT, Chronopost...)

Our shop does not allow, in native, the delivery to a country other than France. However, there are two solutions for this. The first is to order from the website of one of our partners who delivers abroad. The second is to contact us, so that we can guide you to do so exceptionally.
