Detailed overview
We did not have the chance to run extensive tests on this Allpowers photovoltaic panel, but long enough to see that the panel seems quite efficient and offers good output. It appears sturdy, well built, and very compact.
It is built with a blocking (anti-reverse) diode to prevent reverse discharge, but we are not sure it is very effective, so we recommend unplugging this device at night or when there is no sun. This item ships with alligator clips as well as a cigarette lighter tip that can be plugged directly into the socket rather than having to open your car's hood, which is quite convenient.

An efficient and well-built solar panel in our tests, but we recommend unplugging it at night or when there is no sun, as the built-in anti-reverse diode does not seem fully reliable at preventing reverse discharge.
